EVENT ORGANIZER

Greg Martin, founder and president of VINTAGE BASEBALL FACTORY, LLC since 2003, is a uniform designer and manufacturer of 19th & early 20th century era uniforms, caps, baseballs and gloves.

In addition, he has developed and managed several original vintage baseball game events including:

VINTAGE BASEBALL: EMMY Nominated documentary produced by ESPN in 2007. Greg was retained in a credited creative & plot devlopement consultant role. $100K budget.

HARTFORD: 3-day annual 4th of July tournament in downtown Bushnell Park 2000 – 2004 attracting several thousand spectators annually with teams from several states including CT, MA, RI, NY, NJ, OH and MN.

ESPN PROGRAMMING: Co-developed with ESPN two nationally televised vintage games.

  • 2006 Rickwood Field Birmingham, AL. 5,000 attendance. $300K budget

ANSONIA 125th ANNIVERSARY: Vintage game (Ansonia vs. Derby) celebrating the city’s anniversary in 2014. 1,500 attendance.

PITTSFIELD, MA: General Manager of Pittsfield Colonials professional minor league baseball team 2010. Responsible for ballpark operations, player tryouts, and ballpark management for 60 home games.
